You should have received nameservers from your new provider (such as ns1.hostingprovider.com and ns2.hostingprovider.com). You will need those in order to do the following:
Log into our client area (https://my.dropals.com/clientarea.php)
Click Domains
Click My Domains
Click Manage Domain for the domain
Click Nameservers
Choose Use Custom Nameservers and enter the nameservers your new provider provided you.
Click Change Nameservers
Your ISP's DNS information can be updated within minutes or up to 24 hours before the change becomes effective, but most changes are seen within minutes.
