When the losing registrar receives a domain transfer request from the domain owner/registrant, they have 5 days to either approve or deny the request.

A majority of registrars just ignore transfer requests unless the domain cannot be transferred for a specific reason.

In other words, your domain will be transferred to your HostMantis account in five days unless the losing registrar objects.
