You can properly cancel your account from the client area:
https://my.dropals.com/clientarea.php
Click "Services" and then click "My Services"
Find the hosting plan you want to cancel and click the "Active" button.
From the "Actions" menu on the left, click "Request Cancellation".
You will then be able to choose when to cancel the account.
When you cancel, your account will be automatically cancelled and terminated (your data will be removed from our servers), so be sure that you want to cancel when you do.
You may also disable auto-renewal for domain names if you do not wish to renew the domain name.
