In cases where you are transferring your domain name to Dropals but have an existing website hosted by another provider, the domain name itself will be transferred. The domain name will not transfer any website data, email accounts, etc.
Therefore, before you transfer your domain name, you should also move any website data (in case you have a current website that needs to be transferred) to your Dropals account to avoid downtime and data loss.
The best way to move all of your account information to Dropals is to do a cPanel to cPanel transfer (if your old host uses cPanel).
