We will gladly restore any cPanel or DirectAdmin full account backups you can provide.
To have us restore a backup to your account:
Obtain cPanel or DirectAdmin full account backups of your account(s) from your previous host.
Upload all the *.tar.gz backup file(s) to the root of your Dropals reseller accounts /home
Do not create the account and upload it to the account
or
Provide a direct, publicly accessible link to download the backup file(s) (Please do not change the name of the files).
We retrieve the backups via command line, so the links need to be direct links, not links that require further intervention.
Again, please do not create the accounts being restored if they do not already exist prior to providing the backup files.
If you have created the accounts being restored, please remove them prior to providing the backup files.
