Processes entered into your account are considered entry processes.

PHP pages, for example, generate a single entry process for each visitor. Many misinterpret this value as "the number of visitors you can have at any point in time." Each visitor accessing a PHP page will start an entry process; however, these processes typically end so quickly that they are extremely unlikely to start at the same time unless you have a very large number of concurrent visitors to your site at the same time.

You will receive a 508 (Resource Limit Reached) message if the entry process limit is reached. You cannot access a PHP page if the entry process limit is reached. As soon as the number of requests drops below the limit, the website will no longer display a 508 error.
