I have a backup from a DirectAdmin server, can I restore it on HostMantis?

 

Yes! Upload the DirectAdmin full account *.tar.gz backup file to your Dropals account and contact our Support department and request us to restore it to your account for you***.

***The DirectAdmin backup will be restored for you as much as possible, but we are unable to guarantee 100% recovery due to the varying environments the backup is created in.
