If you receive the following error when entering your domain name during our ordering process:

"Invalid domain name provided"

That is typically due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The domain .TLD is not supported
  2. Your are trying to enter a subdomain (example: subdomain.yourdomain.com)

How to resolve the issue:

If you are receiving the error while entering a domain, please make sure the .TLD is a valid .TLD

Or

You will need to type your subdomain as: “subdomainyourdomain.com” and then request that we update it once your order is complete.
