If you changed your PHP version in cPanel using the PHP selector (https://my.dropals.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=42&id=156), make sure you enable the modules you require.
If you are unsure what modules you require, we suggest simply using the default "native" PHP version which is pre-configured to support all the apps/scripts we support.
